Timber Building Structures:

- Image colours on the website may differ from the actual product, as all our timber building structures come untreated and unstained.

- If you are going to assemble a wooden building structure by yourself, please keep in mind that you will need screws and nails to fix the floor and roof boards and bitumen shingles.

- The building names for each of the log cabin structures do not represent the materials used for the building. For example, the "Oak Log Cabin" is not made of oak.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payments through a secure Secpay payment gateway. Secpay ensures the maximum security for your card information using 128 bit encryption. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax or post. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule Delivery for most of our products is FREE to any UK mainland, England and Wales. Extra charges may apply on some products/destinations. We will always confirm any extra costs prior to despatch. Delivery charges may also be incurred on cabin accessories that are ordered separately from log cabins. After you place your order, we will contact you to discuss your order and arrange a suitable delivery date. We are committed to getting your order delivered fast, efficiently and as safely as possible. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure delivery is made on the agreed date.

Please make sure the delivery site is suitable, and compare the dimensions of parts to make sure your site is adequate. We can provide package dimensions if required on request. Please bear in mind what wood is natural product which bereaves and can slightly change dimensions (up to 2%). That is why, some boards, especially starting from 44 mm, could slightly split by length or thickness. This is nothing to be concerned about and will not affect the cabin structure.

All cabins require a flat level Base. We recommend a concrete base.

All our cabins are made from Swedish Redwood. Some of our cabins pictured on the website are shown to be stained/treated. The actual delivered cabins are not pre-treated or stained due to the nature of their construction and therefore need to be treated within 2 weeks of installation. They will need to be treated with a micro porous wood stain, and we recommend treating both the inside and outside, as well as applying silicon in the outside joints for extra protection.

We will dispatch the goods only when the payment is cleared.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK , 17.5% VAT is added.

Returns Policy Please check all parts are inluded when your order arrives. If you find any parts are broken or missing, please inform us immediately. We will change that part as soon as possible and do our best to get it to you in 21 days.

Purchased products cannot be returned back if assembled.
We strongly recommend you to check all goods/parts on the moment of delivery and make a note if something is incorrect.
